“Whatever Dingaleshwar Seer Speaks About Me, Will Take it as Blessings”: Pralhad Joshi
Hubballi: BJP candidate from Dharwad Lok Sabha seat, Pralhad Joshi, has once again refused to comment on criticism from Fakira Dingaleshwara Swami of Shirahatti Bhavaikya Peeth, stating that whatever he speaks against him would be taken as blessings.
Speaking to reporters, the four-time MP from Dharwad Lok Sabha segment, Joshi, refused to comment on Dingaleshwar seer’s candidacy, said he has already taken a stand not to comment or react to whatever Dingaleshwar seer speaks about him or any allegations he levels against him.
On Sunday, in Bengaluru, Fakira Dingaleshwar Swamiji announced that he would contest as an independent candidate from Dharwad Lok Sabha seat, once again criticizing the union minister, alleging that he has done injustice to Lingayats and trampled many leaders from the community.
Joshi said that he respects the Swamiji a lot, hence it would not be fair to comment about him, whether he contests the poll or not.
To a question on the social media campaign by an account called Joshi Brigade against the seer, Joshi clarified that he has no association with it.
As social media is an open field, many comment against us, many comment against opponents also, hence he would not respond to any such campaign.
Joshi also stated that many top leaders from the BJP would campaign, including Prime Minister Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, but dates and venue are yet to be finalised.
He stated that this election will be fought on national issues, and the development done by the sitting MP. Caste, creed, and religion have very little importance in this election. People have to decide whether they want PM Modi once again as their PM or Rahul Gandhi, and the voters would decide it, he said.
